8999ber Terms and Conditions

1.1 Introduction

8999ber is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and 8999ber. Please read this document in full before using the platform.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on 8999ber using the following payment methods:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account verification level.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before funds earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If fraud is suspected, 8999ber may hold a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus of up to ৳8,000 on their first deposit. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times (20x).

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → bonus ৳1,500 → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example 2: ৳12,000 deposit → bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → total balance ৳20,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account once only.
• Taking bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• The validity period of a bonus is specified in each offer; expired bonuses are cancelled.
• 8999ber reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• Weekly cashback applies to Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers under the VIP program.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the 8999ber platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No player or third party can influence this process.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and event has specific minimum and maximum betting limits that are displayed in the game interface. 8999ber reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to server problems, network disconnection or other technical errors, 8999ber reserves the right to refund the amount wagered or declare the game void. Claims based on incorrect information displayed as a result of a technical error will not be accepted.

7.1 Fraudulent Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating more than one account.
• Creating accounts with the intent to misuse bonuses.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or using software to do so.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Hacking, phishing or other cybercriminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.

7.2 Prohibition on Automated Betting

Using bots, scripts or other automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the associated funds may be forfeited.

8.1 Liability for Losses

8999ber will not be liable for losses arising from the following:

• A game being left incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical error.
• Failure of third-party software or services.
• Losses caused by user negligence or the provision of incorrect information.
• Force majeure — service disruption caused by natural disaster, war or government prohibition.

8.2 Service Availability

8999ber strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the platform; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen circumstances. 8999ber is not obliged to provide any financial compensation for this.

9.1 Data Collection and Use

8999ber collects users' personal data and uses it for the following purposes:

• Account verification and management.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Providing customer service and communication.

10.1 Account Closure by 8999ber

10.2 Account Closure by User

You can request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw all valid balance before closing your account. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled after account closure.

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. A waiver of any one condition will not be considered a waiver of any other conditions.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between 8999ber and the user. Any prior oral or written agreement that is inconsistent with these terms and conditions will be considered void.
